Our History

Weber - Hurd Funeral Home

For over 150 years the residents of Chillicothe and the surrounding communities have trusted the Weber Family to care for then in their time of need.  The tradition of trust continues with Greg and Margaret Hurd in 2002.

Cumerford - Hurd Funeral Home

In July of 2007 Gregory and Margaret Hurd purchased the historic Clugston Funeral Home, more recently known as Cumerford Endsley Diggle Funeral Home located at 428 West McClure Avenue Peoria.  The funeral home has a long history in Peoria since 1893, starting at 708 Main Street in Peoria as Cumerford & Clark Grocery Store.  Since the purchase of the funeral home by Greg and Margaret, it has been undergoing many good changes, such as remodeling, work ethics and affordable prices for client families.
