Obituary of Lovice Smith

Lovice Smith,87 of East Peoria, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Unity Point Health Proctor Hospital in Peoria. Lovice was born Feb 4, 1930 in Marshall County, Tennessee to Guy and Gertrude (Luna) West. She is survived by two sons, Mike and Larry (Janice) Tyree; grandchildren Stefanie(Truelson), Bryan, Whitney, and Hayley Tyree, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was proceeded in death by two brothers, Esman and Hubert West; two sisters, Wanda Creech and Doshia Hamlett; and one grandson, Jason Tyree. Cremation rites will be accorded. Arrangements are in the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Special thanks to staff at Heritage Manor Chillicothe and Unity Point Hospice.
