Don was such a gentleman. He was always very busy at horse shows, working with Helen to prepare and show their Walkers, yet he always found a moment to check in the office to see if any help was needed. Such a lovely man.

My Deepest Sympathy to the entire family. God's loving support will be with you to lean on.
I first met Don in 1975 while working at Caterpillar. Never had I met someone so genuinely kind and helpful. Over the years I found I had met a friend for life, one to share that wonderful giant laugh of his, tell and listen to tall tales, share birthday dinners with our good friend Mike and of course have a beer or two. Life is short but Don made the most of all of it and I am proud to have been one of his many friends. RIP my dear friend, you will be sadly missed by many.

We were so saddened to hear of the loss of Don. Over the years, we have enjoyed his friendship and conversation following a Tea Party meeting. He always had a wonderful, funny story and good wisdom to share over dinner. We will miss his active, well found, conservative thinking and participation in the political arena He would have made a good representative of the American people in any elected position. We will miss a wonderful, caring, person that brought joy to so many lives. RIP Don.

Al-ways makes me sad, another Creve Coeur brat is gone. Don was a Super guy, al-ways had time to talk, never heard him say a bad thing about anyone. My condolence to his family, I'm sorry for our loss.
