Obituary of Henry Kemp

Henry F. "Bud" Kemp, Jr., 70, of Peoria passed away on Aug. 27, 2018 at his home. Bud was born on Feb. 5, 1948 in Tucson, AZ the son of Henry and Sarah Kemp, Sr. He married Sandy Breckenwrench. Surviving are his children, Lorrie (Thomas) Williams of Chillicothe, Patricia (Andrew Dunn) Kemp of Michigan, Richard (Bethany) Kemp of Port Huron, MI, and James Kemp of Anchorage, AK; step-son, Dewaine Robertson; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one brother, Mike Lancaster. He was preceded in death by his parents and his ex-wife Nancy Kemp. Bud worked for Yellow Checkered Cab Company in Peoria. A visitation will be held on Sat. Sept. 1, 2018 from 2-4:00 pm at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home with military services. Burial will be held at Camp Butler Cemetery near Springfield. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
