Obituary of Allen Davis
Allen Davis, age 85, of Chillicothe passed away on Saturday morning, November 10, 2018 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Chillicothe.
Allen was born on March 8, 1933 in Sparland the son of Charles and Ethel (Reay) Davis. He married Nina Quinn on June 4, 1960 in Chillicothe.
Surviving are his two sons, Jeff (Susan) Davis of Chillicothe and Terry Davis of Chillicothe; one granddaughter Tia of Big Rapids, MI; and one sister Eileen Jason of Lacon. He is preceded by his parents and eight brothers and sisters.
Allen was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the American Legion Post 9.
Allen worked for Caterpillar Tractor Company, Inc. for over 34 years.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service time at the funeral home. Burial will be held in the Chillicothe City Cemetery.
