Please accept my deepest sympathy on Evelyn's passing....I knew her well as I played piano for many years as Plymouth Church when I first moved to Peoria...what a steadfast, loving woman she was! Always with a kind word of everyone, she was a valued friend and church member...we were all heartbroken when Plymouth had to close its doors and relocate within Chillicothe and she remained a faithful member.
Due to a prior commitment, I could not attend either her visitation or memorial service yesterday but wanted to convey my thoughts and prayers to her family...I last saw her when I visited her new home, had a delicious lunch and had considered being a volunteer pianist...as always, she was cordial and was so happy where she was, a blessing.
Many former members of Plymouth were at the service and know they held her in very high esteem...particularly Sandy and Mike Themas; I email Sandy and she is a volunteer at the lovely facility where Evelyn lived.
She will be sorely missed.
God Bless.
Respectfully,
