Obituary of Bonnie Lou Kirkbride

Bonnie Lou Kirkbride, age 72, of Chillicothe, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at UnityPoint Health Methodist in Peoria.

Bonnie was born was January 5, 1947 in Peoria, IL.  She married Terry Perkins in 1964.  She later married Brice Kirkbride on April 23, 1994 in Peoria.

Surviving are her husband, Brice; two daughters, Angela (Kevin) Hunt of Rome, IL and Tiffany (Brian) Bungard of Chillicothe; one son, Sean (Theresia) Perkins of Chillicothe, IL; one step-daughter, Brandi Kirkbride of Millstadt, IL; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Bonnie worked for the Peoria County Sheriff’s Department, retiring in 1994.  She enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing bingo and traveling with Brice to Florida.  She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 4pm to 6pm at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.  Memorials may be made to Illinois Cancer Care in Peoria.
