Obituary of Kenneth R. Schneider
Kenneth R. Schneider, age 87, of Chillicothe, passed away on Friday, March 22, 2019 at his home.
Ken was born on June 14, 1931 in Newark, NJ to Robert and Lucy (Pfeffer) Schneider. He married Halina J. Stawicki on September 3, 1955 in Union, NJ.
Surviving are his wife, Halina; his son, Kenneth (JoAnne) Schneider; and two granddaughters, Victoria and Katherine Schneider. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Robert.
Ken served in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954. He retired from the trucking industry after 24 years and then owned Ken’s Upholstery for 25 years.
Cremation rites will be accorded and there will be no public services. Arrangements were handled through Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
