Obituary of Bernice Grauer

PEORIA - Bernice Anna Grauer, 99 of Peoria passed away at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria. Bernice was born on July 23, 1918 in Peoria county to John and Ethel Marie (Plack) Coulter. Bernice is survived by one sister, Delores Kranz of Peoria; several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leo on June 17, 1997, four brothers: Melvin, Elmer, Reuben and Clifford; and two sisters: Virginia Finke and Evelyn Woosley. Bernice worked at the Peoria Creamery and Sealtest Dairy. She was a member of the Teamster Union Local 627. She was also a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Peoria. A funeral service will be on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 10:30 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Peoria. Rev. Mark Nelson will officiate. Visitation will be held 1/2 hour prior to the service time at the church. Burial will be held in Lutheran Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
