Having known Ruth my entire life it's easy to say there wasn't a more kind person.
Growing up in Chillicothe in the 60's and 70's my grandma would take me to the drug store to get perfume for my mom's birthday (Christmas Eve) or Christmas. Ruth was always there to help, trying on all types. We soon smelled pretty overwhelming, but that didn't seem to matter. Ruth and grandma would just chuckle when I was finished and said it was a surprise. She knew of course the smell was a sure giveaway.
Seeing Ruth later on in my life at the Funeral Home and V.F.W. was always special, with a smile and a hug she would always have time for a chat.
I can think of very few I would call a friend of myself, and my family.
Sincerest condolences from my mom Carol Loser, myself, Jeff Loser and Family.
Peace be with you.
Jeff
